BRANTHAVEN Wins Top Prize for Customer Satisfaction

Branthaven is delighted to be the recipient of the 2021 Home Owner Mark of Excellence Awards (H.O.M.E. AWARDS) for the “Best Customer Experience Ontario, Multi-family up to 115 Homes” category. The award is an industry certification program for new home builders who achieve a superior rating for customer satisfaction, as rated by their customers. There is no other certification like the H.O.M.E. awards in the building industry that is 100% customer feedback.

Purchasers from Branthaven’s Life and Explore communities were surveyed by independent third-party Customer Insights 30 days after move-in and at the 1 year mark. Branthaven was recognized as the builder with the highest overall customer satisfaction score in the category.
