When you purchase your new home, there are often several weeks or months to pass until your selections appointment. Take this time to prepare your favourite swatches and inspirational design photos, research your colour and finish options, and determine a list of upgrades that you might like to include when creating your dream home.

Prior to the construction start of your new low rise home*, you will be invited to a Design Centre Orientation and Structural meeting where you will be able to select from the available structural items to customize your home. Next, for both low-rise and mid-rise homeowners alike, we will schedule your colour selections appointment, where your dedicated Design Consultant will review your new home plans, your budget and style, and guide you through the selection process. You’re halfway there to creating your dream home!

Your Design Consultant will review and finalize your colour and finish selections with you. At this point, your final selection of standard and upgrade features and finishes are ordered, scheduled, and coordinated for installation. During the construction process of your low rise home*, you will be contacted to attend our unique Branthaven “framewalk”, where you will be able to view your home under construction, prior to the finishing stages.

Prior to closing, a Branthaven representative will join you on a Home Orientation to view your completed home with all of the finishes and features and show you how to maintain and operate everything within it. Now all you have to do is move into your dream home and enjoy!
