If you choose to enter your personal data, you consent to the collection of information and that such submitted information is true and accurate as it will be used to populate the Agreement of Purchase & Sale. Any user of this website is under no obligation to purchase a home from Branthaven, and the user understands that the Branthaven Purchaser Portal ( the “Portal”) is intended to serve as a convenient information resource to assist with Virtual Sales Appointments.  Failing to provide true and accurate information may result in additional fees or the removal of your account from the Portal.

Branthaven will use reasonable means to protect the security and confidentiality of all personal information provided. However, Branthaven cannot guarantee that the Portal will be secure, complete or correct, or that access to the Portal will remain uninterrupted. As such, Branthaven will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from the use or misuse (or inability to use) this Portal or any information contained therein. Linking or providing your Portal username/password to a third party is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Branthaven.
