Bodice is styled to look like a white shirt under a black and white polka dot vest with short sleeves. Waist is elastic with a semi full solid black skirt. Fabric is polyester. The only condition issue is the missing belt and a small area of fabric rub where the belt had picked the fabric. Label is Tabby of California.
