Outer Sleeves: 27 5/8" - (includes 2 7/8" sleeve cuff) - shoulder seam to sleeve end
but probably silvertone
but I checked the Vintage Fashion Guild Label Resource and it turns out this label was used in the 1940s and again in the 1960s

A cute knee length swing skirt, some black cropped cigarette pants, jeans. the world is your fashionable oyster! There are no material tags but it feels like cotton, almost a thin barkcloth feel. Fabric covered buttons. The orange trim is actually more of a melon orange. Some monitors are showing it to be more of a regular orange but it has a melon hue. In excellent
