Vera de Estenas 'Tardana de Estenas' Blanco Utiel-Requena, 2024 salted caramel It is fresh and lively100% Tardana, a late ripening grape variety native to Utiel Requena in southeastern Spain outside of Valencia, grown very sparsely outside of the Vera de Estenas estate. The grapes are sourced from 50 year old bush vines and direct pressed into concrete tanks, before being passed onto clay tinaja, or amphora pots.
