Cincinnato 'Quinto' Bellone Lazio IGT VDF wild berriesThis wine is made from 100% of a varietal called Bellone. We would pair it with linguine and clams. Bellone is an ancient grape varietal indigenous to Lazio, known as the "bread grape, for its soft and delicate skin. Bellone is a low yielding grape which leads to fragrant, concentrated, and just well made wine. It has delicate peachy minerality and is very mouthwatering.
