Made from from abrasion resistant nylon webbing. Heavy duty steel ratcheting buckle secures cargo tighter with little effort. Overall length is 69" x 2" (wide). Custom spring loaded lock on "swivel smart carabineer" bottom hook for secure connection. Top soft tie loop extension with rubber coated "S" hook incorporated into design that protects your handlebars.
