The fabric is manufactured on old circular knitting machines which can only produce one metre of fabric per hour. The process is known as loopwheel. This produces a fabric which is tubular with no side seams, extremely soft and with out tension. The result being a garment that can almost never go out of shape. The cut and sew part of the production is carried out in a 3 generational family factory that has been on
