Vintage Silver Poison Ring buckle Citrine and GarnetDATE: Vintage, c. 1960 Cool poison ring dating from the 1960's with ornate, Victorian style detail. Crafted in silver, it's face is hinged down one side, to reveal a secret compartment. In the Victorian era, these rings were used to slip poison into an unsuspecting enemys drink by opening the hinge of the ring when pouring. Though this style has a dark past, the secret compartments were later used to store perfume or locks of hair. What would you keep
