Georgian Urn Cameo Mourning Ring Size:4.75 The mother of all chequerboardDATE: Georgian, c. 1790 An exceptional Georgian mourning ring with an Urn onyx cameo centrepiece, old mine cut diamond shoulder accents, and an oval locket compartment hidden behind the head. The shoulders also feature fine foliate detailing, and, quite remarkably given the age, a good amount of the black enamel remains present.
