Branthaven Homes ‘Builder Of The Year’ Award From Hamilton Halton Home Builder Association Marks Company’s 10th Award Of 2015
BURLINGTON, ON – NOVEMBER 30, 2015 – Branthaven Homes was recently named “2015 Builder of The Year” by the Hamilton Halton Home Builder Association (HHHBA), recognizing Branthaven’s exceptional commitment and contributions to the home building industry. This is the company’s 10th industry award to date in 2015.
“We are so proud of our significant achievements in 2015,” said Branthaven Homes’ President, Steve Stipsits. “These accomplishments are testament to Branthaven’s forward-thinking approach to real-life living, our unwavering commitment to excellence in customer service and the style and sophistication we bring to the design of each of our homes. I am extremely proud to share these awards with all of the dedicated, community-minded members of the Branthaven family.”
In 2015, Branthaven pioneered and supported the Consumer Protection Fund and helped with many home buyer issues during the year. Branthaven also enjoyed an award-winning Tarion record as Best in Ontario, and maintained its proud record of community involvement. “This year, Branthaven went above and beyond by offering to take over a $400,000 Rejuvenation Project at the YWCA, donating time and money to complete the project with no cost to the YWCA”, said Allan Roshko, President of HHHBA. “It is projects like this that set Branthaven apart, showing their commitment and generosity of spirit”.
In addition to the 2015 HHHBA Builder of the Year award, Branthaven’s Steve Neuert was recently named winner of the 2015 Avid Service Award, representing the top five per cent in Customer Service across Canada.
Branthaven’s eight additional awards of 2015 were received by the OHBA for its unique Oakvillage development as well as from the HHHBA for its cosmopolitan-inspired Jazz Condos in Aldershot, Ontario, which was the most significant winner of HHHBA Awards in 2015, winning a total of seven awards.
